Hmmm, let me think. I do not think you will pick See no Evil, because you probably want to try to look at some spot #13s! So, I think you will want to pick Hear no Evil. This means if the FL or Mr. TF say "NO Rocky" you do not have to listen. Because you will not be hearing the evil.
